- Assembly entirely carried out according to the rules of the art by hand in our workshop in Charly (69).
Rims:
The black anodized aluminum alloy rims are wider and reinforced for e-MTB use. Tubeless compatible. Their internal width is 25mm or 30mm (35mm optional) for improved comfort.
Hubs:
The Aivee E - Classic hubs are extremely efficient because they are very rigid and have a very good geometry. Designed to last with very effective sealing (multiple lip seals). Their steel freewheel body (75% more resistant) and the notched titanium crown guarantee better resistance. SKF® bearings specifically lubricated and protected for off-road use in the worst conditions. Hand polished, anodized and laser engraved finish. Origin: France 100%.
Spokes:
Specifically designed to improve the liveliness of the wheels and increase resistance to fatigue, the black SAPIM CX Ray spokes are made of cold-forged and profiled stainless steel. The spokes facing the external bend on the freewheel body side are reinforced. The purpose of this is to prevent any risk of breakage in the event of the chain passing between the cassette and the spokes. 32 spokes crossed by 3 and tied (AV & AR).
Spoke heads:
Nuts with anti-loosening system. The profile of Polyax spoke nipples acts as a ball joint which allows the nipple to better align in the direction of each spoke to reduce stress at the rim-spoke connection. The additional "double-square" recess allows for higher torque without compromising the strength of the nut while allowing part of the thread to work in compression for greater breaking strength. Assembly with specific brake lubricant to ensure excellent screwing hold without the nut seizing over time. All this contributes - in addition to the quality of the assembly - to the excellent durability of our wheels.

Rim strips and ultra-light tubeless valves with removable cores installed.
