Spoke heads:

Sapim Polyax double square nuts in anodized and anti-friction treated 7075 T6 aluminum. The profile of Polyax spoke nipples acts as a ball joint which allows the nipple to better align in the direction of each spoke to reduce stress at the rim-spoke connection. The additional "double-square" recess allows for higher torque without compromising the strength of the nut while allowing part of the thread to work in compression for greater breaking strength.
