Inverted or also called Upside Down nipples nipples are used in special rims.  Because the whole nipple remains in the rim, it gives a better aerodynamic profile as well as a better design.

  • Anodized aluminium nipples save weight and increase with Sapim's special coating durability and allow easier wheel building. Available in 8 colors.
  • Brass nipples are generally nickel coated to ensure good corrosion resistance. Exists in silver & black.
